With years of hands-on vegetable gardening experience and RHS qualifications, I specialise in creating productive, beautiful kitchen gardens. I believe in organic care, succession planting, and getting the best harvest for your space.
Experience, passion, and results: From bare lawns to thriving vegetable beds, I can help you grow your ideal garden.
Digging up spuds is the basis of a good childhood – muddy hands, mystery potions, growing sunflowers and competing with siblings. Red hot radishes fresh out of the ground on a sunny afternoon. These moments had a profound part in founding my values and influencing what I do today.
The garden is the biggest and best classroom. Touching the moist soil and soft leaves, tasting the first sweet carrots and peas fresh from their pods. Seeing the germination and triumph of seeds you planted. Hearing the birds sing amidst the rustle of leaves. Smelling the sage and earth after a much-needed rain shower – these are all comprehensive tools that ground us to the moment we inhabit and the rhythms of the seasons.
I want the next generation to learn to be caretakers – of themselves, the natural world, and every living thing within it. Creating spaces for families to do this is something I care about deeply. Education starts in the home, in the space, no matter how big or small, that lives beyond your back door.
My time at Shuttleworth College in 2023 was one of the most rewarding experiences I've had in an educational setting. 150 Latin names and frozen fingered mornings later, I've come a long way.
Learning horticulture is as in-depth as learning a new language – you've got to start at the very foundations. Soil – organic matter – is the key term here, and everything revolves around it. The chemical compounds, the bacteria breaking that matter down and generating heat. The earthworms, the ants, the mycelium creating a telephone network of information between the roots of the plants above.
I have a profound respect for this invisible, yet endless world of connections beneath our feet. In order to live in harmony with the natural world, we need to listen and understand the language of it – the cycles, the rhythms, and the seeds we plant with the passing of each season.
My particular passion is helping families create closed-loop, circular systems to grow their own groceries, customised to your family's needs. Always organic, always seasonal, and only a few metres away from where it's cooked.
My goal is to educate through the act of caretaking – nurturing yourself through the food you eat and the energy you put back into the soil. A garden that feeds itself and you. I'll create a plan that suits your wants, needs, time availability and skill level, helping you maintain it through the seasons or providing you with the information to do it yourself. This leaves you free to enjoy and reap the abundance and knowledge of what your garden can provide for you, your family, and the nature that resides within it.

Transform your space into a productive kitchen garden using organic, permaculture-aligned methods. Happy to start with bare lawns.
Years of hands-on vegetable growing experience combined with RHS qualifications and permaculture training. I know when to plant what, how to manage pests organically, how to keep soil healthy, and how to get reliable harvests in Cambridge's climate. This expertise is what you're paying for.
